Modern Memaks, as the mother company, has extensive history within the Ghanaian and Nigerian sub regions and classified as Division 1 Construction Company. Modern Memaks as a construction and civil engineering firm, has worked on/for both local and international clients, undertaking water supply projects, housing, market and lorry park projects,  bridges, road construction and general constructions all over the country on behalf of government and private entities.... To enhance the vision of Modern Memaks, Ktaag was conceived and all preparations were put into its birth to further the same commitment as Modern Memaks, in the spirit of architecture designs. This belief in how Modern Memaks should evolve and relate to clients on human level has sustained us and provided our clients with significant projects. Ktaag has therefore established and enhanced the modern vision and demonstrated the adaptive measures of the ever changing role and influence of design and construction of the Ghanaian landscape.
